Returns

At ezToners, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 45 days from the date the payment has been processed.


If an item is DEFECTIVE:

  • A full refund or exchange will be issued once the item has been received by ezToners at no additional cost
  • A refund or exchange will be granted after an inspection has been made of the DEFECTIVE cartridge is at the discretion of ezToners
  • A DEFECTIVE item is any item that has not been used and is defective by the manufacturer. Any discrepancies may be directed to info@ezToners.ca

If an item is NON-DEFECTIVE:

  • Shipping costs WILL be covered by ezToners if an item HAS NOT been opened
  • A 15% restocking fee WILL be applied if an item HAS NOT been opnened

  • Shipping costs WILL NOT be covered by ezToners if an HAS been opened
  • A 15% restocking fee WILL be applied if an item HAS been opened
